- added prechains (+1 multiplier on first clear of a chain per gem that falls)
- added new items!
- added per-player pages to results with details
- added menu sfx
- removed unused mouse cursor
- fixed round intro playing after last round
- fixed round intro not playing on first round
- fixed late-resolving clears not counting toward bid
- drops count +1 toward bid
